Hello!
Well, it's that time of year again...people are about to start putting off more than they have all year.
It's quite sad acutally...I mean, if you decide today to put something off until "after the holidays"
that's 44 DAYS of putting off! And let's face it, if you put it off until the first, that's a Friday and who starts projects on a Friday??? It could probably wait until Monday, January 4th where it can be piled up with all of the other things that you have now been putting off for 47 days! That's almost 7 weeks...almost two months!!
It's quite empowering to start something on the Wednesday BEFORE Thanksgiving...the week of Christmas. Get things done even though you're busy...it feels great!
Take it from me...I'm killing it with my to do list!
Peace,
Cheri

How Men and Women Differ in Dealing with Stress...
Hello!
It's interesting how men and women differ when dealing with stressful situations or decisions. Remember, there is an exception to every rule but generalities can be helpful when you are dealing with the opposite sex as they, most likely, will deal differently than you.
Men tend to think things through. Knowing this, offer the man you are dealing with something to simply think over. Don't ask for answers right away. Give a deadline if helpful, e.g., "perhaps, we can revisit this idea over dinner on Thursday."
Women tend to talk things through. Knowing this, offer to listen if a woman you are dealing with seems to want to express some insights right away. Be available for a chat if you want some resolution. Ask open ended questions, e.g., "what are your thoughts on that idea?"
Have a lovely, productive day!
Peace,
Cheri
